Warranty

When you purchase any pre-built or custom built PCs with Midlands IT you will receive a limited 6-month warranty which is active from the date of delivery.

Warranty cover:

  • Cost of replacement parts

  • Cost of labour

  • Cost of returning faulty items to our office

  • Cost of damages incurred during initial delivery of the item

Exemptions:

  • Damages incurred by user error/ accidental damage

  • Damage caused by extra hardware/upgrades added to the system

  • Damage caused by excessive dust or dirt build up

  • Data recovery / corrupted files

  • Damage caused by malware and viruses

  • Consumables such as batteries and fuses

  • Remedy of incorrectly installed software

Please note that if for any reason the PC is deemed to not be faulty and any reported issues are due to additional user hardware (monitors, keyboard, mouse, cables etc) then you may incur additional fees to cover shipping costs and labour.

In the event of a fault, we will send you a prepaid postage label to return the PC to site for diagnosis. We do not offer home visits.
